Another take on the RIAA brouhaha?
Found this post, challenging the WaPo's spin on the RIAA's case against Jeffrey Howell and saying it is NOT evidence that they are going after people merely for ripping a copy of a CD they bought for their own personal use.
Here's another post on the subject...and this guy's a copyright expert.
Doesn't change some of the facts around the WaPo article, and doesn't change the sentiment I expressed in my post the other day.
